The Buffet at Bellagio is one of the most popular buffets in town. There are live-action cooking stations that serve American, Italian, Japanese and Chinese food, daily. A cold salad station offers fresh greens, mixed salads and fresh fruit. Pizzas, pastas and a sweet dessert station round out the buffet’s culinary display.

There is a large variety of Asian cuisine, including a fresh sushi and sashimi station. Here, you can get items like tuna rolls and shrimp tempura rolls. The Chinese section contains lo mein noodles and thin rice noodles, a vegetable stir fry and many more items.

In addition to salads, the cold station serves a few specialty things, including gourmet cheeses, calamari salad, grilled vegetables and beef tartare. Other cold items include a leaning tower of dungeness crab legs and shrimp.

Continuing on down the line, there are individual ramekins of macaroni and cheese with breadcrumbs a variety of mashed potatoes (plain, pesto mashed, sweet potato) and paella. Pastas include mushroom ravioli and cheese tortellini. The bustling carving station offers meats like country ham, prime rib and roast chicken.

The Bellagio Buffet is usually bustling with people. The restaurant’s popular center bar area allows guests to get beer, wine and cocktails with their meal. Indoor street lamps and overhead lanterns line the walkways back to your table.

You can dine at the buffet for breakfast, lunch, dinner or weekend Champagne brunch. Make sure to check for special offerings around holidays, as well as gourmet dinners on Friday and Saturday evenings. The gourmet dinners have a caviar station featuring traditional, Ikura and Tobiko caviars. A chef attendant will top delicate, house-made blinis, miniature buckwheat waffles, freshly rolled sushi and Ahi tuna cones, according to each guest’s desires. A variety of traditional garnishes including chopped egg, onions and crème fraîche are also available.
